THE SWISS CANADIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND OUR GOLD MEMBER, AIR CANADA, INVITE YOU TO AN EXCITING VISIT ON SATURDAY OCTOBER 8, 2022.

PROGRAM

10:00    Meet in front of Gate C1 (between counters 57 and 60), on the check-in level. It is indicated by a “Crew Access” sign. Take the aisle and wait next to the red seats (see pictures)

1) Visit an Air Canada Airbus 330-300 aircraft

2) Visit of the new East Wing of Geneva-Cointrin airport

3) Visit of the Gate Gourmet offices (shuttle included)

12:30 – 14:00 Optional lunch at the Montreux Jazz Café at the Airport

MANDATORY MEASURES TO RESPECT FOR THIS VISIT

– All sharp and dangerous objects are prohibited as we will be on the “airside”, as if you were flying.

– Come light! We will be going through security checks, so it’s best not to be overcrowded.

– Comfortable shoes are recommended as we will be walking a lot.

– Each visitor will be required to present an official and valid identification document (passport or ID card).

Please send a pdf copy of this document to nathalie.bergeret@canswiss.ch no later than March 2nd as name badges will be printed for each participant to pass the first security check.

– High visibility vests will be distributed at the entrance and must be worn throughout the visit.

– Strict hygiene rules at Gate Gourmet must be respected: You will have to remove beforehand any jewel, ring, bracelet, earrings, piercing. If a wedding ring can’t be taken off, you can leave it on, but everything else must be removed. We will also wear a complete white outfit and a cap on the head.

– A mask is always mandatory on board Air Canada aircraft, including for a ground visit.
