The Canadian-Swiss Chamber of Commerce invites you to this original and fun seminar on public speaking with Canadian comedian Vanessa Lépine.

Public speaking can be intimidating. There are some tricks one can use, In order to connect with your audience, be more memorable and leave a good impression. In this presentation, Vanessa Lépine will work on the basics of public speaking and go through the process of writing basic jokes. This way not only will you be more comfortable speaking in front of an audience, but you will also have tools which will help you to address any topic with humour at work or in a social setting.

Vanessa is a Canadian residing in Zurich for the past 9 years, leveraging her background as a marketing strategist to pursue a successful career in comedy. Vanessa’s comedic talents have garnered her performances across Europe in both French and English, with occasional shows in her native Canada during visits. She imparts her expertise in stand-up comedy as an instructor at the prestigious Insight Theatre School in Geneva. Notably, she has graced esteemed stages such as the Avignon Festival, Montreux Comedy Festival, and Festival de Morges-Sous-Rire.
