Eagle Vision – How to Prepare for any Speech or Presentation
The ancient Chinese philosopher Sun Tzu wrote, “Victorious warriors win first and then go to war, while defeated warriors go to war first and then seek to win.” It is the same with your speeches and presentations. Preparation is one of the keys to success.
The most memorable, impactful speeches don’t happen by accident—they are built on smart preparation. In this session, John introduces “Eagle Vision,” a simple yet powerful four-step framework designed to cut through the noise. You’ll walk away with absolute clarity on what truly matters in your message and what to include in your talk. It’s the exact exercise John uses to prepare all of his high-stakes clients.
If you would like to make this session even more impactful, please come with a specific speech or presentation in mind. It can be something that you have delivered in the past or something that you are working on right now. You can use your talk as an example as John works through the steps of the exercise.
